The Scientific Research Academy has decided to establish a library in Tewra, Muzaffarnagar, under the name Hussain Khalil Public Library, which will be a new center of knowledge and education. This library will not only be a repository of books but also a place where people can gather for study, research, and discussion.

This library will house books, journals, and online resources on a variety of subjects, useful for students, researchers, and the general public. Furthermore, the library will offer a quiet and comfortable study environment, allowing people to concentrate on their studies.
